In this current climate of Covid19, and all the precautions which it has brought with it, we want to remind you of how the Production Kitchen can be there for you while you create your return to open strategy.

Of course, we are all still eagerly awaiting exactly what instruction will be given by the Government, and exactly what this will mean for each individual business… With a view of social distancing in the kitchen, and on the restaurant floor, as it stands, this means that less chefs can be in service at one time. This, in turn, means food which requires less prep time will help – slice ad serve items and single serve pouches are two solutions we are offering.

Think chicken liver parfait, which requires no cooking and can be served straight on to the plate with no more than slicing into portions needed. Our new individual meals, for example lamb and chickpea curry, come prepped in separately weighed pouches, which need only be heated and plated up as you desire – quick and easy.
