The Production Kitchen at Braehead Foods was established in 2010 to produce an extensive range of high quality products; made by chefs, for chefs.
Our aim is not only to supply excellent quality produce that you can be proud to serve, but to help save you time and ensure product consistency. We work closely with chefs and caterers to understand your challenges and needs, resulting in the development of bespoke products specifically tailored to your requirements.
Our in house development team keep a close eye on current trends and are constantly innovating on your behalf in order to help keep your offering up to date and on trend.
Every new recipe is extensively tested and adjusted in line with your feedback. The dish then goes through large scale production trials and shelf life testing as part of a technical process that ensures full traceability. Clear nutritional and allergen labelling give you the confidence to respond accurately to any customer enquiries.
We encourage you to look upon our Production Kitchen as an extension of your kitchen. Just like you, we build dishes from scratch using top quality ingredients. Given that, we require a minimum five day lead time from order to delivery, the more notice we have of your order, the better enabled we are to plan buying and build our production schedule efficiently. This in turn ensures you receive your order in peak condition. We have a range core products that are in stock and available all year and can be viewed below under stock items. These items can be delivered next day, depending on your area delivery schedule.
