Our Chef Sales Manager, Mark Baines was invited to host a game masterclass at Rotherham College last week as part of their Teach Too project which provides students with industry-relevant specialist skills.
The workshop taught the participating Catering students the entire process of how the food goes from source to plate.
Mark took several raw pheasants and demonstrated to the students how to pluck, prepare and cook the birds to restaurant standard.
