It all started when a young entrepreneur, Yan Le Moal, and a passionate pastry chef, Denis Pinault, joined forces near Paris in the year of '96. From day one they combined artisan know-how, quality and innovation, showing respect to the tradition and values of French patisserie.
All ingredients are shortlised before final selection. They use only UTZ certified chocolate, French flour and eggs from free-range chickens. The full product range is guaranteed GM-free, with no trans fats and no hydrogenated fats.
The business growing into specialty frozen providings, there are limited use of additives, nutritional value is well preserved and a perfect reproduction of tastes and textures occur when served.

A classic French pastry cake converted for reception and buffet. Available in six flavours including toffee, pistachio, vanilla, raspberry, chocolate and lemon. Free from preservatives and flavour enhancers.
Present plated or in a cup to take away, it is easy to decorate with a coulis (red berry or tropical) or fresh fruit. The recipe is incredibly light, made with a hint of lemon for freshness, with the subtle fragrance of cinnamon in the crumbly base.
