Originating in the Royal Burgh of Annan, Scotland, and now with a purpose-built facility in Miami USA, St. James is conveniently located to supply Europe and North America with award-winning smoked salmon.

In pursuit of excellence, they use simple and 100% natural ingredients. They begin with sustainable, responsibly-sourced salmon, Kosher salt and brown sugar. Their devoted team of artisanal workers hand-cure each fillet and then traditionally smoke it over smoldering OAK wood. They do not use any artificial colours, flavours, weight enhancers, or preservatives.

St James SCOTCH RESERVE® and SCOTCH CHOICE® lines are produced in their FDA & FSA inspected and British Retail Consortium “AA” accredited smokehouse in Annan, Scotland.

St. James Scotch Reserve® Hot Smoked Salmon

St. James Scotch Reserve® Hot Smoked Salmon is Cured by hand with Sea Salt and Soft Brown sugar, and then Traditionally HOT smoked using oak chips at a higher temperature to FULLY COOK the salmon.

St. James Scotch Choice® D Cut Skin On 

St. James Scotch Choice® D Cut Skin On is produced from the finest specially selected fresh RSPCA Assured Scottish salmon.

Cured by hand with Sea Salt and Soft Brown sugar, and then Traditionally smoked over oak-wood chips.

The salmon is sliced diagonally at a shallow angle through the fillet creating a D-shaped slice.

Free from artificial flavours & preservatives.

St. James Scotch Choice® D Long Slice Skin On is produced from the finest specially selected fresh RSPCA Assured Scottish salmon.

The salmon fillet is sliced the whole length of the fillet creating  a ribbon-like slice.

St. James Scotch Choice® D Cut Gravadlax Skin On is produced from the finest specially selected fresh RSPCA Assured Scottish salmon.

Cured by hand with Sea Salt and Soft Brown sugar. Traditionally smoked over oak-wood chips. Rubbed with a unique blend of aromatic dill, lemon, and delicately crushed spices that give it a unique and vibrant flavour.

The salmon is sliced diagonally at a shallow angle through the fillet creating a D-shaped slice.
