La Tua started in 2006 as a family business and have always remained committed to their values, producing every single piece of pasta with lots of dedication and love.

Handmade using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high egg content (30%) for better, more consistent cooking. They are each individually hand-folded to incorporate more filling, which is scratch-made in La Tua's London kitchens. Each 3kg Bag equals to 20 portions as a main or 40 as a starter.

Ravioli are square-shaped Italian pasta parcels. The pasta has a very high egg percentage and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds the cooking very well. All ravioli can be served up with a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese or with a delicious tomato sauce. Each 3kg Bag equals to 20 portions as a main or 40 as a starter.

La Tua's Filled Gnocchi are very soft and hold lots of filling. They are freshly made in their kitchens and stuffed with a filling made with fresh ingredients. Gnocchi are potato based with a tasty filling which melts as you heat them. They can even be pan fried or deep fried for a few minutes, making them a fantastic nibble nice and crunchy! There are 160-180 pieces per 3kg bag.

La Tua's Italian sweet Filled mini doughnuts hold lots of creamy filling. They can be pan fried with some butter or deep fried and they will be ready in only a few minutes. They can be served on their own with some sugar or cinnamon or as a garnish to ice cream or any dessert. They are ideal for kids as well as for adults!
