Essential Cuisine and Riso Gallo recently joined forces to offer a unique experience at Braehead Foods, where the Braehead staff had the opportunity to witness a captivating demonstration of their premium food products in action within the Braehead Foods demo kitchen.

This exciting collaboration allowed both Essential Cuisine & Riso Gallo to showcase the best of both worlds - Essential Cuisines exquisite range of sauces, stocks and glaces and Riso Gallo's exceptional Italian rice products.

As the chefs combined their expertise, the Braehead Foods kitchen saw an array of delectable dishes and innovative cooking techniques on display which showed just how versatile the products are and how they benefit professional kitchens. The collaborative use of Essential Cuisine and Riso Gallo products infused the dishes with a blend of tradition and innovation.

Some of the dishes included:

• Lobster and Crayfish Risotto, using Gallo's 2 minute Risotto and Essential Cuisines Lobster Sauce.
• Crème Anglaise (Essential Cuisine) Rice Pudding with Espresso-soaked prunes using Gallo's Traditional Arborio
• Osso Bucco with Gallo's Aged Risotto using Essential Cuisines Signature Veal Stock Reduced
