Truffle Hunter Truffle Hunter

Truffle Hunter love sourcing the best seasonal fresh truffles, for customers who are as passionate about flavour as they are.

Truffle Hunter are the trusted choice of some of Britain’s leading chefs… and fly fresh truffles to private clients and restaurants around the world.

Over 10 years ago, they  started hunting with truffle experts in the Sibillini Mountains in central Italy, where some of the world’s finest truffles are found. They loved it so much that they’re still going back. Today, they also source fresh black and white truffles across Europe.

From their UK base in the Cotswolds, Truffle Hunter manufacture truffle products in small batches, including truffle oils, a range of condiments and preserved truffles.

White Truffle Oil (250ml) [Double Concentrated]

Double concentrated truffle oil made with the highest quality European White Truffles (Tuber Borchii) & extra virgin olive oil.

Truffle Hunter shave the highest quality white truffles and expertly blend them with their unique flavour & cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. This blend is twice the strength of our standard truffle oils and is designed to be used sparingly. A few drops will bring dishes to life.

What does it taste like?
Intense garlic aroma. Powerful white truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.

How should I use it?
Use as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving.  Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.

White Truffle Honey 120g

Truffle Hunter start with organic Acacia honey, made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree. Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. They then blend the honey with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings. White Truffle Acacia Honey (120g) works equally well for sweet & savoury dishes. Perfect for salad dressings and glazes, or as an accompaniment to cheese and cured meat. We recommend baking white truffle honey & nut biscuits!

Black Truffle Slices 80g

Truffle Hunter select the highest quality truffles and shave them into 2mm thick slices. The slices are then soaked in a salt brine to enhance their natural flavour, before being preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Use Black Truffle Slices straight from the jar as a luxury garnish for almost anything; or try them on scrambled eggs, pasta or salads.
