The Production Kitchen at Braehead Foods was set up 2010 to produce a vast range of high quality products made by chefs, for chefs.

Our experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry allows us to understand the requirements of chefs and provide products to suit our customers requirements.

 

The aim of the Production Kitchen is to save chefs time and money with the confidence of knowing that premium ingredients have been used to your specification which results in a product that you will be proud to present to your customers.

 

We are always expanding our offering and developing the existing range with our chefs testing  new recipes or customers coming to us and asking for bespoke products to suit their needs.

 

Our production team consists of experienced chefs and fully trained food production staff that work to the highest of standards. Our Technical Manager, Food Technologist and Quality Assistant support the team and ensure we meet all regulations and pass all internal and external audits.

 

Production Schedule

All production kitchen lines require a minimum of 48hours notice as these are made to order to maintain quality and consistency of the product.

 

If there is a specific requirement for a bespoke product, the lead time is around 14 days, to allow for the appropriate recipe build and ingredient nutritional analysis, followed by shelf life testing.
