In 1976, Les vergers Boiron launches the first frozen fruit purée with a unique know-how: a strict selection of the finest varieties from the best regions, controlled blending techniques that ensure a constant taste season after season, a process adapted to each fruit to maintain their organoleptic properties.
Guided by this expertise, the family business, which is now run by the third generation with Alain Boiron, offers a range of 54 flavors for purées and coulis, from fruits of the orchard to tropical fruits, from red fruits to citrus fruits.
Les vergers Boiron sells every year over 15,000 tons of products in 80 countries, i.e. 15 million trays all over the world. It currently generates sales of €80 million, of which exports account for 80%, and employs over 160.
