The team are Brigston & Co. love the concept of the hot dog but are also passionate about the quality and provenance of the ingredients used. They wanted to create a hot dog like no other. That’s why they spent over a year developing, testing and trialling their recipe to achieve a real balanced depth of flavour and smokiness. After eating a whole lot of hot dogs they ended up creating a unique handmade, craft smoked hot dog made from Scottish Farm Assured beef and pork, delicately ground to the perfect texture with their own secret recipe of ten herbs and spices. It is Brigston's mission to change the perception of the hot dog and they are dedicated to putting pride and passion into everything they make.

Brigston & Co is an independently owned business based in Dumfries & Galloway. Founded and run by Claire and Euan, a husband and wife team. They are a couple of ambitious foodies with over 30 years’ experience in the catering industry, who share a passion for great tasting, fresh food using top quality, locally sourced ingredients. This ethos clubbed with thei innovative ideas results in unique, flavoursome, high quality produce.
