Keith has over 30 years’ experience as a chef, with the last 20 seeing him as a group executive chef working with the likes of Malmaison, Hotel du Vin, De Vere
Hotels and Macdonald Hotels. Keith has come to us with a huge amount of experience from within the industry, and as a previous customer of Braehead Foods, “I know what challenges chefs face every day and the support Braehead can offer.”
Keith believes chefs supporting chefs is the foundation to any kitchen. All through his career he has been motivated to work with quality, knowledgeable and innovative people.
