Game Chef of the Year - Winners Trip to Sweden

Game Chef of the Year Winner 2014, Tom Van Zeller headed off to Sweden in August for his prize of wild boar hunting! You can see from the photos below that he had the chance to do much more than just that...

Tom's feedback:

Thank you. I had the most amazing adventure. Certainly something I will always remember. Sweden looked fantastic. We had great weather, fantastic food, drink and phenomenal hospitality. I loved it and hope to return.

My highlights were, riding the quad bike (on my own, in the dark, after a couple of whiskeys) eating exquisite local food and firing the rifle.

I am so proud of my title of game chef of the year 2014. As a chef who loves game it was imperative to enter and with a trip of a lifetime trip to Sweden up for grabs it was a no brainer to take part in this prestigious competition.
