Christmas is definitely on here at Braehead Foods! We have produced a festive brochure that offers you practical solutions for everything that you require, ensuring you’re covered for every eventuality that could be thrown your way this Christmas.
We have a full range of pre-prepared items from our Production Kitchen which are ‘Made by Chefs, for Chefs’. This range includes everything from canapés and starters to main courses, turkey, trimmings and buffet food. Our New Product Development team, led by Keith Shearer, is on hand to discuss bespoke additions to your menu, technical advice and inspiration from years of experience leading kitchens throughout the country.
For the main event, we have a wide range of birds on offer in addition to the traditional turkey. We stock game birds including: duck, guinea fowl, partridge, grouse and pheasant, as well as Highland Game venison and Scottish beef from Dawn Meats.
We are here to offer solutions to help make catering for all customers and their dietary requirements easier for you. Our range includes gluten free dishes whilst also providing for those guests who are vegan and vegetarian.
