Production Kitchen
With fantastic knowledge of the industry, we understand the requirements of chefs and have set up a brand new production kitchen. They produce high quality products made by chefs for chefs saving you time and money with the confidence of knowing premium ingredients have been used to your specification, resulting in a product that you will be proud of presenting to your customers.

Presently we are producing hand-cut poultry including skin on, skin off, French trimmed and stuffed poultry e.g. chicken, duck, cornfed supremes and guinea fowl supremes.
We are currently producing a vast range of high quality products including bespoke, specific to your needs, and developing a range of soups, stocks, sauces, terrines, etc.

Also available on request a selection of products such as Corn Fed Chicken, Guinea Fowl, Game in Season.

Individual Roulades and Banqueting size Roulades (approx. 6 per Portion).

Sample filling from - Apricot, Brie & Flat Leaf Parsley - Goats Cheese & Coriander - Haggis & Whisky Mousseline - Black Pudding & Plum, Pancetta & SmokedGarlic - basil & Sundried Tomato - Wild Mushroom & Tarragon - Cream Cheese & Chive - Pearl Barley, Bacon & Parsley. Bespoke fillings available on request.

Also available on request a selection of products such as Sushi, Potato products (Pomme Puree, Champ Mash, Dauphinoise).

Bespoke terrines require 3 working days notice - minimum 5 units per order on selected items.

Most stuffed poultry, ordered before midday can be available for next day delivery - larger orders will require a pre-order.
