We're delighted to have won a 2 star Great Taste Award for our Marbled Game Terrine made by our Production Kitchen.

Judges comments included:

• impressed by the artisan appearance
• impressed by the quality and generousity of the meat
• the presence of apricots and pistachio is very appealing 
• excellent texture 
• colourful pate with plenty of ingredients
• both firm and sweet - as also complementing and contrasting flavours
• good mix of game with nicely judged fruit and seasoning
