Our Buying Team are passionate about food and continue to source high quality products locally, across UK and Europe ensuring we offer what the customer is looking for and pride themselves on sourcing unique and new products throughout the year.

Our fleet of chilled and dual temperature vans ensure your order is delivered when you want it, in pristine condition, guaranteeing the products are fresh and quality maintained.


Overseen by our Technical Manager we are proud of our quality systems throughout the business, always exceeding industry standards.


An independent team of auditors awarded us 'A' grade certification to BRC global standards for food safety in January 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 and in Storage & Distribution in May 2010 & June 2011.


Between 8am and 11pm six day per week, calls are answered quickly and efficiently by our experienced team of Customer Service Operators. An answering machine is used as back up and for emergency orders. The Team pride themselves on product knowledge and customer care.


To continually improve our customer service, we have invested in a 'state of the art' IT system, launched in November 2010. This new system has allowed us to operate a live stock system to improve stock management reducing out of stocks and maximising product shelf life.
