The Cook School Scotland is preparing to take its cuisine to a whole new level as the official food partner of Festival in the Sky this August. Steven Doherty, Britain’s first Three Star Michelin Head Chef and Cook School Chef Director, will be daring to prepare and serve sensational Scottish cuisine at the 22 person dining table suspended more than 30 metres in the air in West Prince’s Gardens. Steven said: “The Cook School will be using Scottish produce to create an uplifting menu to raise diners’ spirits this August and we’re looking forward to cooking and serving up in one of the most unique positions in the world. Thankfully our chefs have a good head for heights and are up for anything!” More Info ...

'Fork Out Less' Bitesize Classes

Why not try our new bitesize class, sessions run on a Friday between 10am & 12.30 and 2pm & 4.30pm. You will be welcomed with Tea or Coffee on arrival, our chef will then demonstrate the dishes, then its back to the workstation to re-create what you’ve just seen. You will have the opportunity to make bread and create your main course and pudding to take away.

This bitesize class offers a taster of what our school has to offer at a budget price. We’re positive that you’ll learn new skills and will be more confident to WOW your friends at your next dinner party.
